tassma powers, JD, CTFA Senior trust officer

Tassma is a shareholder in WTC.  She serves as our Vice President and Senior Trust Officer.  She draws upon more than twenty years in trust and estate planning.  She is the founding member of the Legacy Planning Group and instrumental in the formation of WTC.   Tasssma saw a need for a different kind of trust company- one that is more responsive to clients, flexible in accepting assets and excellent staff.  After a successful career as an Estate Planner and attorney she provides the perfect foundation for trust administration oversight.  Tassma brings a wealth of knowledge that other professionals call upon when appointing WTC as Trustee.  



Judith Studer is a shareholder and President of WTC.  Together with Tassma Powers she saw the possibilities of forming a new type of trust company that was the first trust company to be licensed in Wyoming. Judith has a successful career as an attorney and a named member of Schwartz, Bon, Walker & Studer, LLC.  She has successfully prosecuted claims and defended clients in various trust cases.  This perspective ensures that great attention is paid to not only the various legal requirements but the desires of our clients.

Ted Grooms is a shareholder of WTC and serves on the Board of Directors and its examining committee.  He is a shareholder in Grooms & Harkins, P.C., a public accounting firm in Casper, Wyoming.  Ted graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1975 and has practiced in Casper since 1979.  His firm supports their clients by providing auditing, tax consultation and preparation, estate planning, advisory services and business transaction services.


roger westnitzer, cpa

Roger Westnitzer is a shareholder of WTC and sits on the Board of Directors.  Roger has assisted clients in a wide range of businesses and financial activities since graduating from the University of Wyoming in 1970. His experience has come from extensive trust and estate tax work while working with an international firm in California, agriculture clients in Colorado and Kansas, and Wyoming.  Roger has focused on tax planning and investment consultation with ranchers and medical professionals. Roger saw a need for a different type of trust company- one that could benefit his clients by protecting their special assets and providing more investment flexibility than other trust companies.


Britney has been with WTC since 2014.  She is committed to taking great care of our beneficiaries while respecting the grantor's intent.  Britney graduated from Cannon Trust School and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.  Britney focuses on our complex trust administration.  Email Britney at bhanneman@wyotrust.com.

DICK BELL, cpa, cva

Dick Bell is the Treasurer and part owner of WTC and is also on the Board of Directors.  He is the managing partner and majority owner in CPA Consulting Group, LLP.  CPA Consulting Group, LLP is a public accounting firm located in Casper, WY. Dick is a native of Wyoming.  Dick serves as the Treasurer and makes decisions about allocating resources to meet the needs of our clients.  He also serves on the Trust Committee and provides oversight and assurance about financial information.



Richard Reimann is the Trust Committee Chairman and part owner of WTC and he is also on the Board of Directors.  He is the managing partner of Lenhart, Mason & Associates, LLC.  Lenhart, Mason & Associates, LLC isa public accounting firm in Casper, Wyoming.  Rick is a native of Buffalo, Wyoming and grew up there, attended college at the University of Wyoming, and has lived in Casper the past 34 years.  Rick is the Chair of the Trust Committee that has oversight over trust administration as well as monitoring trust assets and investments.  His experience brings keen insight to tax and accounting issues.


Ken Barbe

Ken Barbe practices law in Casper, Wyoming concentrating primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, business entity creation, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, real estate, and estate planning, including litigation in those areas. Ken is listed as a Mountain States Super Lawyer and been selected as a Best Lawyer in America in the specialties of Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Corporate Law and Litigation-Mergers and Acquisitions. He's also recognized by Chambers USA in Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate.
